AJ took his first vacation with his mommy and daddy over Memorial Day weekend (May 23-26). We drove out to Chincoteague Island, VA and Asateaque Island, MD. In case you've never heard of these places they are near Ocean City, MD and they are the islands where the wild ponies live. The islands are also nature reserves so they are very clean and well-kept beaches. We were sure that AJ would have been afraid of the ocean, however, as you can see he was bolting for the waves! He's our little "surfer dude", that's for sure. We had a great time and can't wait to go back next year!! Oh, and you can see AJ hitting the snooze button at the hotel. He did NOT want to get up at his regular time to watch Tigger and Pooh. He said, "MOM! I'm on VACATION!"
